Support Agreement

This explains what is expected of you whilst you are living at Cangle Foyer:

KEYWORKING

One of the Supprt Workers will work with you directly. S/he will be your keyworker and will arrange to meet with you at least every 4 weeks for keyworking sessions which you must attend to discuss your Support Plan. Your progress or any difficulties, benefits and any other issues that might affect you will be discussed at these meetings.

EMPLOYMENT,  TRAINING and EDUCATION

Your Support Worker will agree a programme with you that will help you take positive steps towards your future and will be be involved in helping you decide and agree your Support Plan on a monthly basis.

Unless you are in full time education, training or employment you must attend group-training and activitiy sessions that will support you in taking positive steps towards your future.
 
If you do not feel you are able to attend the support meetings or engage in the activities it may be that the Foyer is not the most suitable for you. In this case you should discuss with your support worker to look at what other options are available.
